Called to ask how much a synthetic oil change cost, was told $98. Actual cost was $107 without the cost of the oil filter, the labor, and the recycling fee. It was a bait and switch. No one gets an oil change without the oil filter. I'm fine paying for the services but should have been quoted the full cost. Won't ever be back and telling everyone not to use Tires Plus.

Staff is great to work with. They are friendly and keep me informed. I dropped my vehicle off and they called me as soon as it was ready for me to pick up. Checking in and out is easy.

I arrived at Tires Plus with a tire so flat it looked like a sad, rubber pancake that had lost its will to live. I was prepared for a tragedy. I was prepared to weep. Instead, I entered a realm where the air smells like fresh vulcanization and the technicians possess the steady hands of diamond cutters. The Hero of the Hour: Then, out of the misty shadows of the service bay, emerged Ben. I don’t know if Ben was born in a shop or if he was simply forged from high-grade steel and determination, but the man is a wizard. He looked at my deflated wheel, didn't flinch, and whispered to it in a language only those who understand torque can speak. Ben didn't just "replace a tire." He performed a high-stakes heart transplant with the grace of a caffeinated ninja. The Experience: While Ben whisked my vehicle away into the back—which I can only assume is a secret laboratory powered by lightning—I sat in the lobby and contemplated the majestic circularity of the wheel. I caught glimpses of Ben moving with such speed he was essentially a blur of professional competence and mechanical destiny. Took my car here multiple times for multiple things, on multiple occasions i was told my brakes are good and just needed tires rebalanced because of a shake while at highway speeds, 2 times in 2 weeks they rebalanced my tires. Finally got a second opinion and turns out all my issues were because my brakes were horrible. Also were gonna charge almost double the other shop. Will never go to tires plus again.

I had an oil change scheduled for my lunch time so I wouldn’t miss work. Usually if I do oil changes myself it takes 30 minutes, if I go somewhere else like valvoline, jiffy lube, or take 5, it usually take 30 minutes or less. Tell me why when I went here for an oil change it took an HOUR AND A HALF! 45 minutes of that it was just sitting on the lift doing nothing. I get that the oil needs to drain for a little bit, but 45 minutes is absurd… Because of that I missed an important meeting and my job and had to explain why to my boss. On top of that I went in with a gift card that was going to expire after that day and they tried to enter the gift card 5 times and it didn’t work! It was never used and had $50 on it. Overall bad experience, and I will not be going back to them again for anything. Save your time and go somewhere else.
